The Thermodynamics of the Mortal Apex in Record of Ragnarok

During the first round, how does Lu Bu's 'Sky Eater' technique actually pierce Thor's divine weapon? Since gods possess 'divine authority' over reality, how can a mere human's martial arts physically damage a conceptual, god-forged weapon?

This matchup is a legendary topic on forums like NGA, where fans endlessly debate the intersection of "Divine Authority" (Magic/Concepts) versus the "Martial Dao" (Wu Dao).

In the Record of Ragnarok universe, gods do not just have strong muscles; they have "Authority," which allows them to bend the rules of physics. Thor's hammer, Mjolnir, and his gauntlets, Járngreipr, are conceptual weapons meant to crush anything in the mortal realm. However, Lu Bu represents the absolute, theoretical pinnacle of human physical limits—the Martial Apex.

Lu Bu's "Sky Eater" technique does not use magic, nor does it try to override Thor's divine authority. Instead, it relies on pure, unadulterated thermodynamic compression. By swinging his halberd, the Moon Sky Eater, Lu Bu generates so much kinetic friction and rotational force that the air itself undergoes plasma compression. He focuses 100% of his life force, muscle density, and "Asura" killing intent into a single, microscopic point on the blade's edge.

When the Sky Eater strikes Mjolnir, it isn't a clash of magic; it is a clash of physical density. Lu Bu's strike generates a localized shockwave of such extreme pressure that it bypasses the hammer's magical properties and attacks the physical material of the divine weapon itself. The gods consider humans weak because humans rely on tools and magic. Lu Bu proves that if a human compresses their physical existence to the absolute limit of the universe's tolerance, sheer kinetic force can shatter divine concepts. It is the ultimate triumph of Li (Martial Force) over Fa (Magic).
